Bought a foreclosure log cabin. It had an underground foundation/basement wall that was heavily damaged due to improper drainage/grading outside, no gutters on the roof (lots of rain/hydraulic pressure on the basement wall), and foundation footer shifts. Excavated the wall and fixed the structural/drainage issues, but still had a block wall that showed daylight through it. Looked like a backlit map of DC's Metro. Used hydraulic cement to seal all the big holes/cracks, and rolled this on after. Two heavy coats, and my basement is as dry as a British comedy. Awesome stuff!!
